All cancellations of reservations for 3 months or longer muct give a 30 day notice to receive a refund of the $300 deposit. If a 30 day notice is not given, the $300 deposit is nonrefundable. For guests cancelling reservations of 1 to 3 months, a 2 week notice is required to receive a refund of the $100 deposit. If a 2 week notice is not given, the $100 deposit is nonrefundable. For customers cancelling reservations of less than 30 days, a 72 hour notice is required. If a 72 hour notice is not given, a $35 cancellation will be charged to your credit card
